I provide custom-tailored catering for your ski holiday in France. Flexibility for you is my priority. Whether you need breakfast, lunch, and a 5 course dinner or simply a single special meal I cater any request. Simply get in touch using the form to let me know what you’re looking for.

Simple - I arrive at your chalet or apartment at a time of your choosing and cook discretely for you there. I bring provisions, use the kitchen space provided and create the highlight of your holiday.

I bring my own kitchen equipment and crockery, cleaning equipment and anything else I require.

Once dinner, breakfast or meal of your choosing is complete I clean everything and leave the chalet or apartment cleaner than when I arrived.

Often I am booked for the whole week, and I cook a hot breakfast before you go skiing. I provide an afternoon tea so there is a freshly baked cake when you return in the afternoon. At a time of your choosing I then serve a 3,4 or 5 course meal using local produce and tailored to your taste.

Alternatively clients simply enjoy a single restaurant-quality of dinner up to 5 courses provided in their own private space.

At a time of your convenience I arrange a video-call or phone call to get to know you, your likes and dislikes and plan your dream menu

For larger bookings or very high end service I work with local hosts to help serve food, pour wine and keep everything running smoothly
